Alex possesses over 27 years of experience in all levels and disciplines of construction management with proven executive-level leadership and team management in all facets of construction and program managementAlex has experience in strategic planning and business management in the construction industry and strives for a high level of customer satisfaction resulting in repeat business, as well as new clients. Prior to launching Alon Construction Consulting LLC in 2017, Alex applied his skills at some of the world’s largest construction companies. His professional highlights include educational project experience totaling over $500M, and $100M+ contracts in other market sectors.
In addition to Project Engineer duties, John is in charge of Information Technology and manages the Project Engineer peer group. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Kean University, with an emphasis in Operations and Information Management.

Denise is the Office Manager at Alon and handles the day to day office duties as well as the Human Resources and Financial aspects of the business. She holds a California P&C Insurance License for the past 10 years.
